The world's favourite Touche Eclat has now been applied to lip makeup, Touche Brilliance. Now you can highlight your lips with irresistable shine and easy brush application just like Touche Eclat.

You can apply alone, or as a top-coat over lipstick. They suggest for even plumper looking lips, apply a spot of Touche Brillance at the centre of the lips.
